Idle Startup is a relaxing incremental idle game about growing a tech company from a one-person garage into a larger organization. Players pick from six skills that run automatically, earn XP and money, and spend resources on upgrades. Each skill has a nine-upgrade tree and milestone rewards at levels 25, 50, 75 and 99 that grant permanent company-wide bonuses. Progress unlocks new departments and achievements, and the game continues earning offline for up to four hours. Saves sync via Steam Cloud. The base game is free to play and includes optional purchasable boost packs for players who want to accelerate progress.
